The Regional President must be the presiding officer at all meetings of that local region.
- Supervise and guide the affairs of the local region but may not sign contracts or enter legal obligations on behalf of the organization without the express consent of the board.
- Represent the organization at all official activities of PMN and other organizations occurring at a local, regional level.
- Maintain liaison with officers of the organization at the local level.
- Responsible for appointing all local, regional committees.
- Will communicate information and initiatives from the National Board to the regional members.
- Will be a voting member at the National board level and participate in National Board meetings.
