Director supports the global/national PMN Membership by ensuring that our educational teams are staying on targets to meet goals of classes. Looking for additional opportunities for webinars / courses by communicating with universities and making them available to our members.
- Organize resources, workshops, and programs toward developing professional, educational, and interpersonal skills to the PMN membership
- Drive professional career development, aligned with skills, competencies, and readiness in support of AT&T employees and retirees into the future
- Ensure consistency in Professional Education standards of internal and external approved classes, maintain records and metrics
- Partner and communicate key events and opportunities in a timely manner to stakeholders and members.
- Manage 3rd Party partners, negotiate terms and conditions, and maintain ATP relationships
- Support Education Committee as they manage Prep classes, study groups, and mentoring members focused on ACP/PMP Professional Certification
- Support Expert Lecture Committee providing monthly lectures to members and employees and offering ERG members PDUs toward recertification’s
- Support Process and Procedures Committee, organize approved PDU’s to PMI and PMN catalog
